Since moving to Chicago in 2016, Colin Hofer has established himself as a distinguished leader in the city's vibrant culinary scene. With experience as a General Manager, Sommelier, and Wine Director, Colin brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Adalina. His notable achievements include serving as General Manager at Porto, where his leadership contributed to the restaurant earning its first Michelin Star in 2021. Colin’s dedication to the art of wine was further recognized when he was awarded Sommelier of the Year by the Michelin Guide in 2022.
