Executive Chef Soo Ahn earned a Michelin-star while leading the kitchen at Band of Bohemia. The award-winning chef believes that food, when it's at its best, is a culinary adventure. Following experiences in Texas, Korea, California, Washington, D.C., and Illinois, as well as in kitchens such as the Grace, El Ideas, Torali and Roosters, Ahn is excited to integrate his boundless creativity with polished techniques at Adalina to create memorable Italian dishes with a twist.
